More than just a neat slogan.  Deep Roots, New Growth focuses on two very exciting facts.  The Westport Road church has deep roots in the St. Matthews community.  But more importantly, our deep roots are based on a sincere faith in the word of God.  These deep roots are demonstrated through the extraordinary growth we have seen over the past ten years.  

We have been dealing with the growth in various ways since  1997.  Expanded parking, split services, children's worship, and many other methods have been utilized to maximize the usefulness of our facilities.  We are now at a point where more significant measures must be taken.   

This campaign is more than about giving.  It is about reassessing your priorities and lifestyles and determining how you can dedicate more of your resources to God.  In 2 Samuel 24:24, King David declared "I will not offer to God that which costs me nothing.".  The challenge is to find ways, boldly and prayerfully, to let our giving touch our living.
